Hi Raghav,

You may get some contractors offering prices here, but in no way can they be completely accurate figures. The site definitely needs to be seen as there are so many variables to consider.

Due diligence on your part is required regardless in order to determine pricing. This typically means obtaining 5 on site estimates to establish a price range and FULL scope of work involved.

Derek is absolutely Right, Every job cost different due to complexities that must be taken into account.

AS a rule of thumb, I use $2.5 sqft of drywall for install, tape, mud, sand.

$.80 per sqft of insulation.

ONLY A Rough Estimate, can be less, can be more.

Get quotes, don't settle for the lowest (most "contractor problems" start with choosing the lowest bid.
