You have not state any size at all for the porch. Whether you have a porch now or need a foundation ??

How big of a porch are you looking to do?
Is there wood or a concrete porch there now?
Is it supporting a roof of any kind?

Anywhere from 5k to 50k dependant on size and finish. Grade beam etc recently completed a 10 ft by 9ft for just under 30k incl stone steps.

Pressure treated decks start at about 18$ a foot and up depending on how fancy u want it.
