Back door sill plate and floor by back door appear to be bowing or sinking. Can see evidence when someone walks over the area, and there is space or gaps between the wall tiles and the floor that have appeared by the back door.
Who do I call to look to fix the problem? Appears to possibly be a structural issue maybe with the subfloor/or framing under the subfloor.
This is in our hallway and this is the only area affected. There is no crawlspace or living area under the hallway.

Elizabeth, It sounds like a structural issue. It may not be a major concern but I'd suggest checking out flooring companies and or framers. Both should be able to advise you as to what the problem is. It sounds as though the rim joist (under the sub floor) has become damaged (I think ... by water or possible ants or some other destruction method). It may be a relatively easy fix but you need to be sure.
