Basement foundation for a 24 x 24 construction in Moncton, NB

What would it cost to build a basement foundation on a piece of land that previously had a home that burned down? We don't know for sure yet, if the concrete was all removed though, it might need to be removed, if so, is that an extra cost to get done when you come in to make a new basement? Asking as my daughter can't find a house within her budget, but has a piece of land in mind and we suggested getting a cottage kit.
