Get a "TrustedPro" contractor to give you a official estimate (estimates are usually free). Get at least 3 Estimates. Do your homework.

I would charge about $450 +tx. A small job like that would take about day to complete.

Labour only would be about 500 for the day. The material could change the labour as a core might be needed to install the new flooring and extra time would be needed. As always a contractor should come out and asses the job in its entirety to avoid any unforeseen cost and go over material.

Hello, thanx for message. The vanity and sink replacement would be 75 an hour, likely it would take about 2 hours, however, unforeseen issues can arise, but normally it takes 2 hours. The flooring is dependant on a few things. Is it on a wood subfloor or concrete? Does the floor need to be levelled or re sheeted? Normally with new floor sheeting it's going to be around 300.00 on the labor for installing a new plywood subfloor and install the vinyl flooring. This is labour and materials, excluding the actual Vinyl material. The best way to get a more accurate price is to have us come have a look.
