Bathroom Fan Exhaust Location

Folks, I am installing a basement bathroom and need to install the exhaust fan. I can only vent out through the wall. Where it will exit is close to both an inoperable window, and the fresh air and combustion intakes (not exhaust) for the furnace. How far must my exhaust be from these two items? Does anyone know which code would cover this scenario in Calgary, Alberta? Thanks. Hopefully the picture is not too small.

Code issue is more for the intakes and exhausts for furnace, HRV etc, at least 5-6ft. just venting a bath fan is not going to cause a issue..go as far as you can, 24" if possible. you are just blowing moist air out so no hazard if you get some into air intakes its just air to air.
