Best concrete for a vertical above ground foundation repair?

I have a repair to do around a window in my foundation on the outside. It is roughly 2-3" deep and a 1 foot high. Would you suggest forming it or could I use top n' bond?

Use OV Patch. No nead to form. You can dry pack it. Make surface is roughned up a bit and clean. Pre soak area that needs to be patched. A couple of times before packing grout. Then apply some bonding agent. Then your good to go to patch.
