Budgeting for making 2 bathrooms from 1

I've got a 2200 square foot home that suits very well except for one feature - when the home was built they went with one big bathroom with a small laundry/utility room behind in a combined space of 21' by 7'.

I would like to clear out the space (tub, partition wall, double vanity), enclose the existing HW tank and panel in a small utility room (inspector has given OK) and make the remaining space 2 smaller bathrooms with laundry in one of them. No structure is involved, but it's on a slab so new trenches would be needed for drains,new pex run for fixtures, etc

I'm still making drawings, but trying to ballpark the cost assuming contractor grade finishes (ie shower kit, standard tub). Any input would be welcome. The existing layout and the proposed are attached.
