Hi;

It's hard to give a per sq.ft. price without all the details.

For example, what is the condition of the walls and ceiling, are there a lot of repairs required. Also, are you putting a light colour over a dark colour requiring more coats or primer. Is there any trim work to be painted. Is there furniture that has to be moved or protected.

Once you have all these answers than we can give you a price.

Ceilings would be sprayed or rolled a flat white ceiling paint for $1.00 per ft2. The walls would be cut in and rolled the same color for $.75 cents per ft2 and the doors would be sprayed or rolled for $ 75 per door. This prices includes material.

Wall 1.60 to 2.00 sq ft floor space doors 30 to 50 per door.

Hi, for regular 8ft walls, in a 10x12 ft room, my painters do it in three hours, which we usually charge $135 to do. If the ceiling height is greater, or if there are other issues, like lots of bulkheads, etc, it goes up from there. Ceilings usually take the same to do by hand. We sometimes spray them to bring down the cost, if the conditions are right. Doors are usually about an hour both sides two coats. About 45$ -50$
