Expect to pay a little higher around $225-$250 all in including plans and permits.

Is all depends on finishes inside and outside but can be from $180 to $280

To give a proper and fair estimate. We need to see if you have permit or not? What is structural engineering requirements. As well as your finishing material request.

Pricing can start from $180 to almost $300 per sq feet. Another question is in result of this addition do we need to do anything at all inside the existing house. Which is most likely we should.
