I have a open floor plan where the ceiling heights are all different. The kitchen is 12' and the dining, living room and entry have 13' ceilings. So I'm not sure how to figure out the wall heights for both exterior and interior?
It's hard to five you an answer without knowing the style of house and not having any pictures of the elevations.
To give you a quick answer, just go with the tallest wall height and add a couple of feet for ceiling and floor joists. (Ball park figure)
Hope this helps a little bit.
