I own a Condo, I would like to reduce the noise from the neighbours above. My thoughts were to remove the ceiling put Roxul Safe/sound insulation and attach drywall ceiling with resilient channels. My room to be done is 12ft by 10ft and a hallway of 3ft by 12ft. What's my approx cost of removal and install and how many days to do it?

Good Morning,

Most contractors are going to charge around $2,500.

That's for complete removal of 156 sq ft. The install safe and sound roxul. new drywall installed, taped and mudded.

Hope that helps.

Regards,

Spencer
