Am I able to put a cement pad in-between my house and the neighbours hous?. It is zero property line. Just not sure of the regulations.
Thanks you.
Good Morning April:
The first thing would be to contact the city to see if this can be done. I have seen it done before, but it is with the written consent of all parties in conjunction with the city's approval.

Not sure what is there now (most likely stone or grass), but Chuck is correct in that you should check with the city and you will require consent from your neighbour. In addition, you will have to ensure that the new concrete pad slopes away from both houses to manage the water.

Absolutely check with your local municipal office. What may be acceptable in one city, may not be acceptable in another, so the municipal office is always the best place to start with this type of a question.
