What is the best tool to use to scrape out spacers and dry mortor between porcelain tiles?

I'd recommend a sharp knife. Careful that you dont skip out of the grout line and mark the tile though. Also a wet thin brush..kind of like a tooth brush can be used to moisten the mortar and make it easier to score out.
