Wondering what it should cost ballpark to replace the roof completely down to the framing on my garage extension. It is 27 x 20 ' and very low pitch. I will attach a picture. Or would it be cheaper to demolish including concrete?

Definitely cheaper to just replace the roof you could be looking at 10 to 30 grand for roof replacement depending how bad it is.

It would cost you $5500 just to replace the roof and that depends on how many layers the roof is and if you would like to add another layer on top without removing any layers then it would be much cheaper
