Concrete Driveway Sealer

Looking for advice/recommendation on a good concrete driveway sealer (brand and type)

From what I have read, I am looking for a penetrating sealer (need to stop freeze/thaw damage, driveway is starting to pop out stones in spots). I would like a wet look if that's possible with a penetrating sealer.

I'd be ok with re-sealing every 4 years or so. Don't want to do it more.

Any help would be appreciated.
