Concrete flooring

I have an older condo with tile flooring in the bathroom and kitchen and laminate flooring in the remaining bedroom, den, living and dining areas. The building is wood frame with concrete parkade. The condo is on the first floor. Some areas of the floor are sloped and would require leveling.

I want to install a concrete finish on the floor and wondering if a concrete overlay + self-leveling (to achieve evenness of the floor) would be the right way to go.
