Construction costs for 2 storey row townhouses without basements

What would it cost to build 23 2storey townhouses having a GFA of 1500 sf each excluding a garage and with no basement. The townhouses will have 2 main bathrooms and one powder room.
The 23 units would be divided into 3 blocks. The units are to be mid level design and features.

23 units with a Ground Floor Area of 1500 sq. ft. is a total area of 69000 sq. ft. X 150.00 / sq. ft. =
10,350,000.00
Finishings will ultimately determine total cost per sq. ft.
