Cost for 2018 large homes build

We are a custom Home Builder in Toronto area and it would be very difficult to estimate a cost in BC ,

I would advise to ask local home builders in the area.

To close in & shingles on 8"blocks, no doors, windows or siding, I would charge around 180,- 280. Materials included need more info for better est.

IT WILL COST YOU AROUND 250-350 A SQUARE FT ALL IN BY THE TIME YOU COMPLETE SO $750K- $1.5M

Ok sounds like a nice lot and an adventurous challenge.

Depending on style from 250 to 500 sq ft.

But do some research on styles look up Beaver homes and Timber-mart homes and log in it will give you a fair cost for materials at the least.
