I am thinking of opening a separate entrance for the finished basement that I have from the backyard, and I am wondering how much would this cost me.

Thank you

Many things come into play here. Does the grade of your backyard come up to the top of your foundation ?? or only part way??

Retaining walls (either wood or concrete) will have to be built on both sides of the door. Cutting into your foundation (block or solid concrete Wall) and fitting and installing a proper exterior door.

Worst scenario you could be looking at approx. $ 7 to $ 12,000.
