Cost for attached garage and sunroom addition with covered deck

Looking for a quote to complete an attached 20x24 garage (doors, excavating and exterior cladding and electrical excluded). To quote concrete footings/foundation wall but no concrete floor, framing, hardboard, plywood for roof. Exterior wall the garage will be built onto is already gutted (it was the old existing garage which is now a laundry room). Garage will have 1 man door in the back, 1 single garage door in front and door leading into the existing house. No windows.

Sunroom quote (20x26) with crawlspace (windows, doors, excavating, electrical and exterior cladding excluded. No plumbing). To quote concrete crawlspace, footings, foundation, no drainage tile, framing, hardboard exterior and plywood for roof. Room will have 5 windows on either side (36" wide/50" high) and two 72x72" sliding doors on either side of the woodstove ie doors & window placement in draft not to be followed. Existing exterior wall has already been opened up (only studs remain)

Covered Deck (12 x 26) framing only ie no floorboards with shingled roof. Deck is not enclosed but an extension from the sunroom. Drop down by 7" from sunroom. No railing on deck.

Concrete for the garage is the footings and foundation wall only. Concrete for the sunroom is the crawlspace floor (no gravel underneath), footings and foundation wall. No drainage tile.

Only looking for cost at this time.
