Bar and Fireplace additions to existing finished basement. How much would something like this cost?

Probably around $15000 to 20,000. $7000 - 10,000 for the materials and $5000 - 8000 for the labour.

You neglected to provide the necessary details for a quote, and it begs the integrity of your inquiry. To build the picture you posted may cost $40,000 to $50,000. With details it may be less.
