Hello,

Taking into consideration that the quality level is medium, and that the rough plumbing is done( needs to be checked) , and that the area is 600 sq.ft, then the cost of a square foot, varies between $45 and $50/ sq.ft; This will include the inner face of the exterior walls' insulation, studs, Drywalls, plastering, painting, electrical works, plumbing finishing works, doors, lights, floor, baseboard heaters ...etc and furnishing the bathroom.

From what you have described if there is no kitchen this project should cost from 40000-50000. From bare studs and bare concrete.

For a good finishing quality of work and as basement specialist I would say you will spend 20000 to 25000 if you provide the finishing materials which includes tile laminate doors baseboard paint faucets toilet vanity most likely all the finishing. And will provide the roughing material such as drywall framing wood plumber roughing in.

For a decent looking basement the price should range between 21000 to 25000 from start to finish. Always remember to make sure that your contractor has all the proper documentation and good references.

Typical plumbing cost in cuddling the fixtures can lay around the $1200-$2200 for mid range quality fixtures.

I would say to budget between 20,000 to $25,000 would make a nice finished product.
