Per square foot? It's impossible to throw a whole number at it considering some basements are 1000 square feet and some 2500 square feet. So what would the per square foot of wall space price be?

To quote framing your basement properly I would need a blueprint or a drawing. I also would need to know how many bulkheads need to be framed. Basements are very hard to price out by square foot since they all are a bit different with several bulkheads to frame in. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance. If you ask a question with a few more details I'm sure you'll get the rough prices you're looking for. Thank you Jeff

I just want a rough idea. A plain straight wall, ignore corners and bulkhead and such. What would one charge per square foot of wall to frame?

Hello

It depends on:

1- size of the basement

2- type of the home

3-ceiling height

4-Number of the rooms and boxes.

This question is very broad, it likes, asking a car dear how much a sedan car worth?

I will be more than happy to help you if i have all the info.

Regards,

So you are all here to tell me that you don't have a per square foot of wall price as a general guideline? How would you quote if you didn't have a baseline? Thanks anyway

Hey Ive had problems getting simple replies from people as well, generally I charge between 2.50-3.00 a sq/ft for straight walls, if theres bulkheads always add extra once you do it for a while youll get an idea of how long it will take and can get a better guage at your price, also helps looking at your general area a framing prices are different everywhere.
