Do not forget the electrical portion which also must be completed prior to any insulation or drywall. All living areas within a home that are to be finished with drywall must have electrical installed by on licensed electrical contractors applying for electrical permits from the ESA. This is to avoid the need for hazardous extension cords and overloading of panels and existing wiring.
