What is approximate cost for boarding and taping a 22'x24' flat ceiling, no stucco or anything?

HI Sam!

In Ontario, good quality workmanship for drywalling for that job can cost up to $1.65 to $1.75/square ft. In you case that would be 22x24x$1.75=$924.00 There's a lot of people out there that call themselves drywallers and they will do it for half of that. But when you turn your lights on at night you will see why. That price includes, supply, install, tape and sand ready for primer.

I would say around $800.00 should do it, mudding 3 times.
