Cost for carpet installation

What's the least cost to install 20*18=360sqf room with carpet? Anything similar to carpet as in picture below, if there's black color for the color that's fine too?

That's 40 square yards of removal and disposal, new Carpet, pad, and then install.
Cost with an average carpet would be approx 1600 plus tax.
Keep in mind that there are less expensive options and more expensive options but this is a fair middle.
