Cost for extension in Montreal

Hello All,

I have raised bungalow in Montreal and am thinking of adding an extension to the back. The extension does not have to raised. I included a rough drawing of the idea. The reason is that I would like to make the extension the living & dining area, then convert the existing living & dining room into additional bedrooms. Ideally, I would also add a half bath.

Since it's raised, I would need to have a few steps go down to the extension and would be directly from the open kitchen concept I already have.

Any ideas for cost?

Much appreciated and thanks in advance.

Hello Roberto, There are many factors to take into consideration when pricing a extension, to many to list but you can go as a average at $175-$200.00 psf. Hope this helps
