I need to have a deck re painted approximately 500 sq ft floor and 65.5 feet of railing. Paint is peeling on some sections of the floor. Deck is all wood and railing is wood with wooding spigots. Area in GTA. What approximately should I set aside for budget?

I would suggest a budget of 1200-1500

Depends on how much stripping and sanding is need, among a few other things.

All the old paint needs to be off before repaint or stain.

2.50-4.00 sqft to have it properly done. This is all materials and labour. Proper preparation and application are key in getting the best quality finish results.
