What would be a fair price to frame my garage in my backyard? It's 20x25 2x4 construction with a 9/12 pitch. 2 10' dormers off either side. Full floor on attic loft.

Hi Darren,

You would have to be more specific about your finishes and foundation requirements but in Vancouver, you would expect to pay around $50,000 to $100,000 for a fully finished garage.

As far as I read framing was all that was specified. I agree, details are essential.

We have come up with $8000 to frame this to close-up stage but keep in mind this price is framing labour only not sure if your foundation is completed .or ready to build on.

It would cost you 15000/- only framing.

Complete garage would cost you 30000/- finished.
