Cost for house demolition

Just wondering what the average cost is for demolish and removal of a 1100 sqf bungalow in Edmonton. I'm looking to subdivide the lot, sell one side, and build on the other side. Any idea what it costs to 'service' the second side?

The cost to demo and remove a 1100 s/f house should 12,00 - 15,000.

10 grand up or down depending on who you get...best ones are a guy with a big track hoe and a gravel truck...he can have it all down and gone in 2-3 days....you need to rent steel fencing and surround site as per city compliance and also get a demo permit.

The cost range to demolish and remove the debris on a bungalow will range from $12,000 to $15,000, depending on access, complexity, etc.

A 1000 ft house single story ,empty with standard basement in the city would cost about 6-7000
A double Garage about 2000-2400 including the garage floor.
Demo includes removal of all material and a rough grade/level. Material can be brought in to fill hole for extra other wise the sides are usually tapered/sloped for safety. Marv
