Cost for major house repair and remodelling in Woodbridge

How much are the cost of the followings repairs ( House is 2000 sq feet-built in 1978):
1) Kitchen remodelling
2) Flooring-How much per sq feet to install hardwood floor
3) Basement drywall, insulation and remodel room
4) Removal of popcorn ceilings around the house
5) 3 Bathrooms to renovate
6) Need Electrician for the whole house
7) Need plumbing
8) Attic insulation-air sealed
9) Paint the whole house
10) Exterior Foundation- water proofing
11) Needs 3 windows at the basement
12) To build 2x Laundry rooms
How much would my total estimate would be?

An estimate of this size would require a couple of site meetings, several hours of design time, and 5-10 hours of estimating time to get a number within 10% of the final cost.
Or $50,000 - $150,000.

It's hard to provide a proper estimate for such project. It's a major renovation and needs a big budget and based on your selections and the finished materials you are able to understand the cost involved. Just a quick number to start with would be in the range of $150 K +

There are way too many variables to give you even a ballpark at this point. I recommend you call a trusted Pro contractor in your local area to meet and discuss to get a free quote for your renovation. When I'm involved in big Renovations I normally get blueprints drawn up first and finalized then we can price it accordingly!
