Do you think that depends on where the house is weather roughly what has to be done it's never a good thing or easy thing to give a quote over the phone jobs like that have to be measured looked at priced out but roughly you're looking at minimum 100 150,000 that would basically you're starting with a shell

thanks for question, it is very difficult to answer your question without knowing, if any Waterpfoofing, foundation repair, roof change and permit required or not??

Plus it is really depending what kid of finishes you are planing to have??

High end , mid , low??

As a quick idea this project can cost from $230 per sq feet up to $700 per sq feet.

Total timing 9 months.

Actually it's to hard to figure out the cost for such complete home reno without enough information. You have to call few companies to come over to see the place and give you quotes

Yes, I agree with Mike , your probably looking at a minimum $ 150K depending on your finishes. DON'T live in the house for at least

2 months , get your finished Kitchen and one functional bathroom done. This will make the job much easier for everyone. Once these areas

As mentioned you are from Montreal?

There labour is cheaper then Toronto.

Time line cant say without seeing the job, what scope is involved, site condition to work, parking, etc.

Material specifications, If you are touching plumbing main stack need to get permit, What about HVAC, Electrical etc may needs permit.

Cost depends on many, many factors to renovate old house every one is different.

One kitchen can be 5K and same size can be 15k, one 3 pc wash room can be 8k and same can be 20k. Depends what you pick and choose.

No one can give you exact idea without actual details and specifications.
