I would like to find out what I could expect to pay for new home construction by the square foot, from standard to high end for the Comox Valley as of 2017?

Cost per ft2 varies based on height of walls, shape of floor plan, Roof slope, Insulation levels desired, General contractor build VS Home Owner build, Kitchen and bathroom appointments, Architectural details, Levels, Foundation type, Window type and quality, Choice of siding, Choice of roofing.... Range based on all of the above: $100 /ft2 to $300.
