Cost for renovation and adding additional square footage in Surrey

According to our zone, we can add up to 1700 square feet to our existing 1825 square foot home in Surrey, BC. How much would renovations with moving some wall to the existing floor plan and the addition cost?

Depending on your finished but I would say that you'd be in and around the $250,000.00-$300,000.00 Possibly more if you get some high end cabinetry built. B.c pricing might be a bit different than Alberta.

Approximately $280,000. Depending on the finishings you would like to complete the project. Do you have blue prints done? That would help with the an estimate.
