Cost for water main upgrade?

The price range 0-4000. Depends on what's needed to be done.

Its a little difficult without seeing what is involved, ie; does a driveway made from pavers have to be torn up?, Is it down a ravine?, things like that would change the price dramatically. If its straight across a dirt yard it would be very inexpensive. I would carry an average budget of $4000.00 to $5000.00 to be very safe.

it is flat and no driveway or landscaping. does estimate include permits if not please do,

Just to be safe I would say to put aside between $2000-4000.
