We are familiar with this style of home and would say the square footage of the garage is roughly under 400 square feet max top quality finishes $250 to $350 sq ft..if you are adding in a bathroom/ plumbing which we would recommend.

We could provide full working drawings ( HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, etc. and design details for permit for $10,000 to $15,000. and get approval from the city.
