Cost of an addition to my home

Please provide an estimate for the total cost of the following addition to my home. The materials used to be mid-level.
1. An all-season solarium - 12'X15'
2. A kitchen extension - 8'X15'
Total area of addition - 300 sq ft.
Please provide the total cost for a completely finished addition. Thank you.

Min addition builds start to finish will cost from $200/sqft for 1 structure and that is "min"...as you want 2 very different structures , I calculated a rough beginning "estimate (with footing walls only, a full foundation doubles estimate). You will be looking at approx. from $95,000 and up
