Looking to build a 12x14 room off the kitchen with lot's of windows and a sliding door.
Only looking for cost right now.

Hello my name is Moe & i'm the lead estimator here at Dream Touch Renovations. In order to properly answer your question I would need a lot more information.
What kind of material are you planning to use on the outside of your house, stucco, siding, brick? How many windows do you want and are they standard size windows, are they specialty windows ex: bay window? I would need more information on how many windows you want, the sizing and what type. As for the flooring in this addition, what kind of flooring, tiles, hardwood, carpet, laminates? If your current roof is metal shingles I would need to know this. Is there any plumbing happening in this addition? Will it be only a room or will there be an added washroom or kitchen. If you want pot lights int this room I need to know how many.
Once I receive some clarification on this I will be able to provide you with a rough estimate.
