Hi,
Please provide a compete cost for a 2nd level deck, with railings, privacy screens, stairs to lower level.
Options:
Materials: PT wood, cedar, composite
Railing: wood, glass

You would need to supply more information, construction details: size / is it open or is there living space underneath? will it require a foundation if living space is to be constructed beneath?/How is it to be supported? walls or support posts and beams. A simple sketch of what you are building would be a good start. Then an onsite consultation. Sorry cant help without more info.
