Hi,

Would you have a set of the original house plans. If you do, then my fee would be lower as I have to establish the original dimensions. If, not, the city should have a set of permit plans and I would need your street address to get a copy.

Structural building drawings for this job will cost you around $3000.

Hi Stephen,

After researching your project,the cost of the plans and permits would be $1,871.00 plus taxes. It would take approx. 3 weeks and I would require a 50% retainer before starting.
