Cost of fence installation

This is my project:
- Uninstall current wooden fence & dispose all debris from property, including current concrete blocks;
- Install new sandwich fence in Western Red Cedar;
- Install two gates;
- Install lattice on top of fence & gates.
Fence will be approximately 124 linear feet (62 feet each on two sides of the property).
Gates will be approximately 42 inches wide x 6 feet high.
Price quoted is $13,300.00 plus taxes, for a grand total of $15,000.00
Am I right to find this to be rather expensive.

Good afternoon Gene,
I know it sounds quite high but you are looking at approx. 16 posts to be done, your asking for cedar which is an added expense and you have added lattice so you are definitely in around the right ball park figure.

This Is a very reasonable price. I would have quoted slightly higher because you sound like the type of client who knows what their looking for. I want to ensure a great quality product and long lasting craftsmanship.
