Cost of preparation of land for manufactured home?

I need an idea of the cost related to preparing a piece of land for a manufactured home. I have a run down barn that is on a concrete slab that we need removed and prepared to be placed a manufactured home.
The cost of preparing things for the home for utilities etc. would be a general estimate.

Hi Ken,
It is very difficult to figure costs, sight unseen.
I would consult three contractors, they all should have free estimates.
The person with the lowest bid has made a mistake or has a great local contact to dump at.
Ps. reaching out for prices should be easy.
