Cost of small bathroom reno

I have a small 2 piece bathroom in my basement. size approx 5x5. It currently has vinyl tile over concrete I would like the floor tiled (already bought the tiles), as well as replace the existing sink with a small vanity and replace the current toilet with a newer one.
I am wondering how long something like that would take and what kind of cost i should be looking at, and what would included and not be included in the cost?

This kind of small jobs need a couple of days and would cost you about $3K for labor and building materials.

Most jobs like that with all fixtures and flooring replaced would be a proper remodel if you are going to all the trouble otherwise its just a handyman job. Done right:
-remove existing fixtures, baseboard, vanity, flooring
-level floor, patch-repaint walls, ceiling, clean or replace exhaust fan
-install 5x5ft tile floor, grout, caulk
-install new shut-offs, risers, flange/seal , vanity/sink/tap, toilet
-new baseboard/painted
-new light fixture, GFI if none, switches upgrades
-new mirror or vanity cabinet, towel/toilet bars
-clean-up, debris removal
-ordering, handling, delivery of all materials for Client
Total labor 3-4 days: $4,500 min.
Toilet: $250-$400
Plumbing materials: $60
Sink/tap: $200-$400
Vanity: $200-$400
-mirror, towel/toilet bars: $100-$200
-tile materials, grout, baseboard:$120-$180
-paint/supplies: $80
Total for entire job from: $5,510 to $6,220 min., could be more depending on gutting from scratch or Client materials preferences.
GST: extra
