Cost per sq.ft. to build a garage?

For my home insurance policy their calculations for replacement cost seem rather low. We have one detached garage, 24'x40' insulated, drywalled, 2 windows, one double wooden auto door, and man door.
Also a large shop 16'x'40' insulated, OSB and plywood finished inside, 220 wired, 10' plus overhead door, two windows, gas furnace, man door.
The insurance companies replacement cost for both is $92,400.
Is this enough with todays building cost's?
