I am planning to add an attached 24' x 24' garage plus a small studio 11' X 11' on an existing 7-foot foundation (currently a dog run).

Garage slab will be half on existing grade (34 year-old fill) with the remainder of the fill trucked in.

Garage will have only one finished interior wall (common wall with existing house).

Garage will have one 18' x 7' door 2 fixed windows and one rear 36" entrance door.

Exterior siding will be vertical red cedar siding to match the existing house over OSB with strapping.

Studio will be finished drywall inside with 2 operating windows (casement) and one fixed approx 1' X 3' window.

Need a rough estimate for the project with electrical. No addition plumbing needed.

The garage will need a full support footing and general rule is $90 to $120,000 as for the finished space this will require HVAC of some kind either heat / cool and air return ducts OR radiant floor for heat and ceiling fans for cooling. This area will be $24,000 to $32,000.

This is rough as it is site unseen.

Pictures would be great to see slope of land.
