cost to build stacked townhouses

Hello,

Glad I found this site with local people. Before I even start looking into anything I want to understand the pricing and difference of building stacked townhouses. vs. custom homes, in my area average prices around 200/ sq ft for custom homes with 10 ft ceilings, and nicer finishes are common. What I want to know is the cost of "Non-custom" townhouse construction. This is just outside toronto and not in a "Hot" neighborhood so don't need all hardwood and high-end. The lot is approx 25,000 sq ft, 170 front 140 deep.

I am looking for a general idea of cost. Land is zoned for residential - block townhouse. Currently has one detached dwelling on it.

Would appreciate some info / input. If anyone is willing to go into detail please message me here if possible.
