Cost to complete in-slab hot water heating in basement

My 2100' unfinished basement slab is tubed for hot water heating. 7 loops in the slab plus a bath and front vestibule on the main floor above. Presently using a rental tankless water heater. What would be approximate cost (Whitby, Ontario) to complete the installation? Individual thermostat-type control for each loop in basement not required, but I would like to be able to turn bathroom on or off. Not stuck on the tankless, that was the original plan but I'm no longer a fan of them.
