I am planning to do my basement (finally). I have purchased the flooring (15mm laminate) and bathroom fixtures. I want to use Dri Core Smart Wall and DMX for the underfloor. Area is approx 1200sq ft.

After what I have purchased what should be the cost in labour to finish the basement? (already have a basement plan with electrical) builder roughed in pipes for bathroom already. What should my budget be?

You're looking at $3500 to $4000.

Dry core doesn't work if venting system that I developed is not installed, what is the different installing regular plastic or dry core, the moisture is steal traps underneath and bad odor and smell would appear in no time, the money You would spend on expensive dry core would be pure waist.

Depending on square footage and what rooms there will be, electrical costs can run you from $1500-4000. Dont forget that ONLY Licensed Electrical contractors can do electrical unless you do the work yourself and a permit from the ESA must be taken regardless of who does it. Be warned, some basement installers tell you no ESA permit is needed and they can do the wiring without, that is illegal.
