No one can give you a meaningful price without seeing existing condition. Price can range from $20.00 per sq.ft.to $50.00.

Hi Andrew,

Those questions are easily answered with a trip to your local Big Box store. There you can choose your wall material, (wood or metal) insulation, drywall and all the little extra's you may need. The same for your ceiling. You can tell them about the little oddities in the basement you haven't mentioned here.

So many clients write in for a price with little or no details, when what they could be doing is speaking directly to their local handyman/builder or the professionals at the outlet where the material will come from. That's how to get a viable estimate!
